It is hard to believe that the Fed dropped the Fed Funds Target to 0-25 bps in December 2008 - even more interesting is the fact that we have been sitting on that target for the past 16 months. And, if you agree with popular opinion on the topic, we may be here throughout 2010.

This kind of interest rate environment really makes our investment decisions difficult and our session will deal with how you might want to invest mid-way through 2010. Though yields are historically low, the old reliable "Fed Funds Sold" option just doesn't seem to be one that will bear much fruit.
