William R. Burdette, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Burdette is Chairman and CEO of the Company and President of its wholly-owned FINRA broker/dealer firm (IDC Securities Corp.). He has over 30 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking, having owned and managed a regional broker-dealer firm in Miami for several years. As a co-founder of the Company, he has been instrumental in the product development and patent processes, integrating the various aspects of legal structuring, computer automation, and government authorization.

Kimberly West Weeks, President
Kimberly West Weeks is the President of Institutional Deposit Corp., a firm specializing in innovative money market based products for the banking industry. Kim has over twenty-two years of experience in the banking industry.
As President, Kim strategically developed her previous organization into a nationally recognized funding and investment firm for the financial service industry.

Kim’s career also includes experience working at Wachovia Bank where she marketed domestic and international treasury products in the large corporate market and working at Bank of America, serving as Vice President of its Purchase Card Division.
Kim is a nationally recognized industry speaker, having made presentations to community bankers at multiple national and state banking association events. She was also featured in the Sheshunoff Information Services professional video series, The Bank Director’s Report.

Joe Byrne, COO of Green Cay Asset Management Ltd.
Mr. Byrne is the Chief Operations Officer of Green Cay Asset Management Ltd, a Bahamas based investment advisor for a group of hedge funds.
From 1999 until 2005 he worked as a Fund Accounting Manager with International Fund Services Operations in Dublin, Ireland where he specialized in administration of offshore investment funds for both institutional and private clients of Funds in excess of $1 billion.

Prior to this, Mr. Byrne worked with Microsoft in their European Operations Centre as a Central Services Analyst, he also consulted on their ISO audit steering committee.
Mr. Byrne is the President of the Bahamas soccer club Caledonian FC, he is a native of Ireland and holds a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy from The Institute of Technology Tallaght (Dublin) he is a Chartered Management Accountant, and is currently submitting his application to become a Fellow of The Institute of Financial Accountants.

Richard D. Field, CPA
Mr. Field retired as a Senior Executive Vice President of The Bank of New York in 1997, where he was a member of the Senior Policy Committee and oversaw a number of the Bank’s consumer and commercial banking operations throughout his 19 years with the company.
From ‘92 to ‘97, Dick was also a member of MasterCard International’s Executive Committee and Chairman of its U.S. Board of Directors.

Prior to joining BNY, Dick spent 13 years in various marketing, sales and lending positions at Citibank and Chase. Dick has remained actively involved in the financial services industry as a co-founder (’97) and director of LendingTree, Inc. (NASDAQ), the country’s leading on-line consumer lending exchange, which was sold to Interactive Corp in August ’03 for $800 million.
From May of ‘02 to its sale in November of ‘05, Dick also invested in and served on the board of Providian Financial (NYSE), a major credit card issuer. Washington Mutual (NYSE) ultimately acquired the company for $8 billion, representing a 700% increase in market cap from the time he joined the board.
Dick currently serves as a Director and Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee of Electronic Clearing House, Inc. (NASDAQ), which provides a full range of payment processing services to banks and retail merchants, and is a member of their Audit committee. He meets the current SEC definition of “financial expert”. Dick graduated from Salisbury School (CT) in 1959 and Trinity College (Hartford, CT) in 1963.

Thomas P. Krasner, CFA
Mr. Krasner has spent over fifteen years in the portfolio management of distressed debt and high yield bonds.
He has extensive experience in corporate restructurings, credit analysis, and portfolio management, including substantial hands-on involvement in the workouts of troubled companies.
|
He currently is Principal of Concise Capital Management, LP, a hedge fund he co-founded in Miami. Previously, Mr. Krasner was Executive Vice President at Harch Capital Management, a $600 million hedge fund in Boca Raton.
During 2003 he acted as Chief Operating Officer for Charter Schools USA, a $50 million charter school company, as part of a crisis management team. During 2001 Mr. Krasner served as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Trism, a specialized trucking company with $300 million in revenues. His efforts resulted in the full repayment of the secured credit facility, a recovery for unsecured creditors, and the retention of 700 jobs.
During 2000 he became the acting Chief Executive Officer of Premier Cruises, a cruise line with $300 million in revenues. Between 1996 and 1999 Mr. Krasner was Principal and Portfolio Manager at Riverside Capital. Between 1985 and 1996 he worked at John Alden Asset Management, a $5 billion life insurance company. In 2003 Mr. Krasner was appointed as Trustee by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court to administer the liquidating trust of Premier Operations.
Mr. Krasner holds a B.A. (1983) in Economics/English/Mathematical Sciences and M.A. in Economics (1984) from Rice University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (1990).
