Recently, we have had banks inquire with us because they are developing and/or updating their Contingency Funding Plan (CFP). As a result, we are now offering banks the ability to simply fund their IDC Funding Account with a very minimal deposit of $10,000.

This allows the bank to document our funding program and it demonstrates that the bank has tested the program as well. We just require a minimum deposit of $10,000; you may elect to deposit more, but we realize many banks are flush with deposits.
