William R. Burdette  

William R. Burdette, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Burdette is Chairman and CEO of the Company and President of its wholly-owned FINRA broker/dealer firm (IDC Securities Corp.). He has over 30 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking, having owned and managed a regional broker-dealer firm in Miami for several years. As a co-founder of the Company, he has been instrumental in the product development and patent processes, integrating the various aspects of legal structuring, computer automation, and government authorization.



  Kimberly West Weeks, President

Kimberly West Weeks is the President of Institutional Deposit Corp., a firm specializing in innovative money market based products for the banking industry. Kim has over twenty-two years of experience in the banking industry.


As President, Kim strategically developed her previous organization into a nationally recognized funding and investment firm for the financial service industry.


Kim’s career also includes experience working at Wachovia Bank where she marketed domestic and international treasury products in the large corporate market and working at Bank of America, serving as Vice President of its Purchase Card Division.

Kim is a nationally recognized industry speaker, having made presentations to community bankers at multiple national and state banking association events. She was also featured in the Sheshunoff Information Services professional video series, The Bank Director’s Report.

Kim is an honors graduate of Kennesaw State University receiving her Masters of Business Administration in May, 2000 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Kent State University. kim.weeks@idcdeposits.com



  Bruce E. Hinkle, Business Development

Currently Bruce is the Executive Vice President, Business Development for IDC Deposits. The firm specializes in innovative money market solutions for community banks.

Their most recent program MMAX, allows banks to offer up to $12 Million in FDIC insurance on money market accounts for their retail, commercial and public customers.


Bruce has almost two decades of experience working nationwide with community bankers on wholesale funding solutions. Prior to joining IDC Deposits, Bruce was the National Sales Director of a nationwide funding service. During Bruce’s tenure, the company grew from under one hundred customers to over sixteen hundred customers.

Bruce has successfully consulted with over 800 banks, thrifts, and credit unions. His expertise includes tactical use of wholesale deposits, evaluating marginal cost of local specials and increasing profitability by diversified investing strategies.

Bruce is a frequent speaker and has been designated as a “Top Rated” speaker by the Financial Manager Society. He has been a featured speaker at the ICBA and FMS National Conferences, Wells Fargo Executive Conference and numerous state conferences. He is known for bringing humor along with in-depth solutions on funding topics in his speeches. Bruce serves on the Strategic Issues Committee for the Financial Managers Society.   Tom Nelson, Director of Institutional Sales

Tom Nelson is the Director of Institutional Sales of Institutional Deposit Corp. (SR), a firm specializing in innovative money market based products for the banking industry.

Tom has over 20 years of experience in helping investors with their cash management needs.
Tom has a long history in working with institutional clients to help them with their cash management needs.


Most recently, Mr. Nelson worked for ICAP supporting their Fed Funds trading portal I-Feds. Through this portal Mr. Nelson helped community banks with their Fed Funds selling needs. Prior to that Mr. Nelson ran the cash management portal at SunGard Brokerage which had more than $20 Billion in assets of money market funds, commercial paper and certificates of deposit for a variety of types of short term investors. Mr. Nelson also spent 15 years at JP Morgan Chase where he managed the money market portfolio management unit. He was responsible for the portfolio management of $80 Billion dollars in money market mutual funds, separate
accounts as well as state funds.

Mr. Nelson has spoken at many conferences on a wide range of topics for short term investors. These topics have included the risks and reward associated with a wide variety of short term investments and fund types.

Paul Wiederholt   Paul Wiederholt, Account Manager

Paul Wiederholt, Account Manager for IDC Deposits, brings over two decades of experience in sales and customer service.

Paul’s responsibilities include evaluating funding opportunities for community bankers, working with CFO’s and COO’s on expanded FDIC Insurance for their retail, commercial and public customers and maximizing the banks fed funds sold yields.

Barb Hinkle   Barbara Hinkle, Vice President, Client Relations

Barbara Hinkle, Vice President, Client Relations, brings twenty four years experience in the client services industry to IDC. Barbara is responsible for insuring that IDC delivers premium service to every customer.


Prior to joining IDC, she served thirteen years in the financial service company in which they achieved national recognition consulting with hundreds of community banks across the U.S.


Barbara is the recipient of multiple sales excellence awards and she has been recognized for providing outstanding client support. Prior to that, she spent eleven years as the National Referral Coordinator for a major real estate firm, in Atlanta - Prudential Georgia Realty. barb.hinkle@idcdeposits.com



Ginger Power   Ginger Power, Manager of Client Relationships

Ginger Power, Manager of Client Relationships for Institutional Deposits Corp, comes to IDC with over 25 years in the community banking industry. Ginger joined the Customer Service Team to assist in the responsibility of providing exceptional customer service to all IDC customers.

Ginger’s experience throughout her career has been in private banking. She was responsible for outside sales for various banking products. With her outstanding ability in building premium client relationships, she was successful in generating and managing portfolios over $30MM.


Ginger is a native of Cobb County, Georgia. She has close community ties to Cobb and Cherokee Counties through her civic associations and volunteer work. For the past 12 years she has been President for Tony’s Gang Foundation which serves terminally ill children in Georgia. Ginger has also received several sales and civic awards and was a multiple award winner of Outstanding Sales for First Cherokee State Bank in Marietta. ginger.power@idcdeposits.com



  Alexandra Esher, Vice President
Alex Esher has been with IDC since January 2005. Her position with the Company is multi-faceted as she is responsible for the financial and administrative functions of the office as well as the maintenance of IDC’s in-house investment accounts.


Prior to joining IDC, Alex was the vice president and business manager of a telecommunications company with offices in New York, Los Angeles and Miami. aesher@idcdeposits.com


  Gaspar Ferreiro, Systems Manager
Mr. Ferreiro is the Systems Manager of IDC Deposits. Mr. Ferreiro joined the Company on June 1, 2000, also serving in a similar capacity for International e Mortgage. Mr. Ferreiro started working with International e Mortgage in September 1999.

Prior to that time (from May 1997) he served as a computer technician and graphic designer for Herrero & Sons of Medley, Florida. Prior to May 1997, Mr. Ferreiro was a data entry technician for Mallpark-on-Line Cyber of Miami, Florida. gferreiro@idcdeposits.com
